St Flannan’s Outside School Hours Care is seeking passionate and dedicated educators to join our growing team! We offer before school care, after school care, and vacation care for up to 90 primary school-aged children in a safe, fun, and engaging environment.

A day in the life of an OSHC Educator…

• Providing nurturing care for children
• Ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment
• Create fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all
• Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
• Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

Job Requirements:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) would be desirable
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
• Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
• Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
