Your responsibilities

Operate CNC, panel saw and esgebander machines to produce high-quality cabinet components.

Maintain a workspace that is clean, safe and organised and manage materials efficiently.

Ability to understand the CNC Router & Edge Bander machines Operation Procedure, and basic Machine maintenance that is required.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Monitoring machine performance, making adjustments, and troubleshooting minor issues

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

Current forklift licence is essential for efficient material handling

Australian work rights (citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)

Trade qualification in cabinet making, carpentry, or related field preferred but not essential

Minimum 1-2 years' experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment (or willingness to learn with relevant mechanical aptitude)
