Job Title: Retail Store Manager – VELOCITY Activewear

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

Recruit, train, and develop store staff to ensure top performance and growth.

Set clear goals and expectations for the team and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy team culture aligned with the brand’s values.

Sales & Customer Experience

Drive sales through effective team motivation, customer engagement, and community outreach.

Ensure every customer receives a premium, personalized shopping experience.

Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to exceed sales goals and performance targets.

Store Operations

Oversee all aspects of store operations including opening/closing, inventory, cash handling, and visual merchandising.

Maintain store standards in cleanliness, organization, and safety.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines.

Product & Merchandising

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.

Manage inventory levels and execute stock replenishment strategies.

Execute visual merchandising plans to highlight key product categories and seasonal campaigns.

Community Engagement

Build relationships with local fitness communities, gyms, and influencers to drive traffic and brand awareness.

Host and participate in in-store and off-site events aligned with the activewear and wellness lifestyle.

Qualifications:

2–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion, activewear, or sporting goods.
