About the Opportunity

Dieselmax is currently seeking experienced Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanics (HD Fitters) to join our elite team in either Field Service or Rostered Support roles

What we offer:

$95 per hour – well above industry standard

Fully equipped Field Service Vehicle (Field Service roles only)

About You

We're looking for HD Fitters with at least 3 years post-trade experience, who take pride in their work and can hit the ground running.

Demonstrated experience working on a range of OEM equipment is essential, including:

Liebherr Excavators (996, 9400, 9600)

Epiroc D65 , Pit Viper 271 Drills

CAT Dozers & Loaders, Trucks & Graders

Komatsu Trucks and Loaders

To be successful, you’ll need:

Cert III in Heavy Diesel/Plant Mechanic

Minimum 3 years’ post-trade experience

Strong fault-finding & diagnostic skills

High attention to detail and punctuality

A strong commitment to safety

Valid Australian Driver’s Licence

Full Australian working rights

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen

Preferred (but not essential):

High Risk Licence (LF, EWP)

Working at Heights

First Attack Firefighting
