MSP Project Engineer / Systems Administrator - Gold Coast
We're working with a Gold Coast-based technology provider on a newly created role that blends project delivery with systems administration. If you're an engineer who enjoys client-facing work, takes pride in high-quality outcomes, and likes seeing the impact of your work across multiple businesses, you'll fit right in.

The vibe...

• Mostly office based on the Gold Coast with a collaborative, supportive team
• Hands on project ownership from client audits through to delivery
• Direct engagement with business stakeholders, no hiding behind a screen
• Variety across projects, onboarding, and the occasional systems support
• A salary between $100K - $110K + super for the right experience

What you'll be doing...

• Delivering large client projects to high standards and best practice
• Running initial client audits and preparing clear, professional reports
• Leading new client onboardings, getting them comfortable on the stack
• Providing systems administration cover when the team needs backup
• Reporting into an experienced Implementations Manager and growing into areas like Cyber Security projects over time

What we're looking for...

• Strong technical knowledge across modern Microsoft environments (M365, Azure, servers, networking basics)
• Solid project experience in an MSP or similar multi client environment
• Confident communicator, both in person and in writing, with the ability to present to stakeholders
• A proactive, professional approach with a genuine love of problem solving
• The flexibility to jump into sysadmin or even occasionally service desk work when needed
• An interest in helping shape our future Cyber Security practice. Previous experience would be ideal, but if you are keen to learn and build a practice, that's just as exciting.
