As a Store Manager your key responsibilities will be:

Provide leadership to the store team

Provide excellent customer service

Be responsible for overseeing daily store activities – customer service, delivery management, inventory and merchandising, presentation, open and close processes

Mentor apprentices with their learning of Barbering

Oversee workplace health and safety and environmental compliance

Implement operational and strategic improvements at store level

Undertake sales growth activities

What We're Looking For?

Minimum 2-3 years of retail or barbershop management experience, or 5+ years in barbering with leadership responsibilities

Certificate III in Barbering or equivalent qualification

Current barbering licence (if required in Victoria)

Proficient in all barbering techniques including fades, beard trimming, and traditional cuts

Experience with POS systems and inventory management

Basic financial management skills including budgeting and reporting

Legal right to work in Australia

Able to work flexible hours including Saturday.
