Working alongside the Director in a busy growing steel installation & fabrication business. Our office/workshop is located at Ormeau
Minimum 1-2 years' experience in construction project administration required.
Or if you're an experienced boilermaker or rigger wanting a change & grow your career
Proficiency in Excel and Word required for budgeting and project management tasks. Strong computer skills required.
Manage contracts, purchasing, and supplier negotiations, and day-to-day operations of our industrial fabrication and installation projects.
Coordinate materials, resources, schedules, variations, and deliveries to keep projects on track.
Oversee purchase orders & supplier accounts
Prepare budgets and monthly summaries.
Build strong client and supplier relationships
Resolving issues proactively and keeping projects on track, and developing long-term, value-driven partnerships.
Support innovation and growth by:
Researching new technologies and identifying process improvements and efficiency gains.
Assist the Director on a day-to-day basis by managing safety documentation, preparing documents, and setting up quotations.
Australian citizenship or permanent residency required.
