Brand New Deputy Principal - Professional Practice and Staff Wellbeing Cross Campus 2026
Commencing in January 2026, this is a full-time position for a three-year appointment.
The Deputy Principal – Professional Practice and Staff Wellbeing is a senior leadership role at St Francis Catholic College, responsible for driving excellence in teaching, professional growth, and the wellbeing of staff across both campuses. Reporting to the Principal, this position leads with faith and purpose to foster a positive, supportive culture that enables staff and students to thrive.

Essential Criteria:
• Teaching qualifications – Masters or postgraduate studies in Learning and Teaching, Leadership, Religious Education or Theology (or working towards).
• Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration.
• Maintain accreditation to teach in a Catholic school (or working towards such accreditation).
• Maintain accreditation to teach Religious Education.
• CPR qualifications (training provided)
