The Opportunity
We're inviting applications for contracting positions at our Warrandyte location.
Backing on to the Yarra River in the heart of Warrandyte, our location offers opportunity for nature-based therapies and experiences. Boasting a well-furnished, detached studio with plenty of space for clients to move and express themselves, as well as an open nature area to run and jump on sunny days, our clients love our Warrandyte location. We are now seeking a Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our collaborative team.
Our Practitioners can choose to work from 2 - 4 days per week, offering the flexibility to curate your calendar to suit your lifestyle.
Our teams are filled with a diversity of experience from early career psychologists through to extensively experienced which provides for a rich and well-rounded peer environment.
Our referral base consists of a diverse range of clients across the lifespan. Our clinics support you to offer ongoing support/therapy, assessments or a mixture of both!
What we offer:
Competitive Service Fees
Take home approx. $160-$190 per standard session - based on a 6 client per day schedule (estimates are after Mullum Road admin fees, before tax)
Transparent fee structure
Includes fully furnished rooms and full service support from our in-person, highly skilled reception and administration team taking care of client generation and referrals, scheduling, onboarding, billing and claiming - everything you need to make your clients your only priority.
Flexible work arrangements
You choose your calendar structure - we fill it up!
Minimum 2 days per week, up to 4 days.

Who We're Looking For
Essential:
Current Registration with Occupational Therapy Board of Australia and hold Masters of Occupational Therapy
A passion for strengths-based, client-centered approaches and commitment to neuroaffirming practice principles.
Open to working a minimum of 2 days per week
Interest in working with children and adolescents, ages 4-16
Highly Valued:
Current AAT or Interest in Animal Assisted Therapy
Interest in collaboration for autism and/or ADHD assessment and support
Interest in experiential approaches or desire to do things a little differently
Personal lived experience of neurodivergence (valued but not required)
Personal Qualities:
Genuine passion for celebrating neurodiversity and affirming all identities.
Flexibility and creativity in therapeutic delivery
Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
