About the role
A Structural Landscape Estimator / Salesperson, you'll be the first point of contact in assessing potential projects and developing tailored proposals for clients. This is a client-facing, hands-on role requiring strong structural landscaping knowledge, estimating / sales experience, and great communication skills.

Key Responsibilities for the role

* Site Visits: Attend properties to assess landscape needs
* Project Evaluation: Review site conditions and client requirements to determine scope
* Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for proposed works
* On-Site Liaison: Meet with site teams at project commencement to ensure clear understanding
* Client Consultation: Offer expert advice on design and materials selection
* Proposal Development: Produce clear, professional proposals including scope, pricing, and timelines
* Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and contractors for quotes and timelines
* Client Communication: Maintain ongoing, professional contact with clients throughout the process

Skills & experience
* Proven experience as an estimator / salesperson in landscaping, or a related field
* Solid understanding of landscape construction
* Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Confident using estimating tools and software
* Qualifications in landscaping, or design are highly regarded
