About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys working outdoors and has a passion for maintaining and improving beautiful yards.

In any one day, you could be:
- Lawn mowing, edging, and garden maintenance
- Hedging, weeding, mulching, or pruning
- Landscaping and outdoor improvement projects
- Carrying out handyman tasks as needed
- Leading and managing a small team
- Working independently and as part of a crew
- Communicating with clients and team members on and off-site
- Managing job schedules and routes efficiently
- Handling light admin duties, customer calls, and quoting
- Assisting with equipment maintenance to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For

✔ Experience in at least one of the following: Lawn Care, Garden Care, Landscaping
✔ A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
✔ Ability to manage and motivate a team
✔ Comfortable speaking with customers and providing excellent service
✔ Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all conditions
✔ Experience in quoting, scheduling, and small admin tasks is a bonus

Perks & Benefits

Salary: Negotiable base ($65K–$75K) + Performance Bonuses ($7K–$14K) + Over time

Phone allowance included

Weekly pay

Hours: 6:45 AM start, finish varies typically 2–4 PM, four days a week.
