We are seeking Extrusion Line Operator for our Plastic Extrusion Manufacturing Division. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering an immediate start.

To be successful you must have the following;

Able to work full time hours + overtime as required

Current Forklift Licence is preferred but not required

Physically fit (able to lift 25kgs)

Full working rights within Australia

Must be willing to relocate in Brisbane

What you'll do:

Set up, start, and operate extrusion lines according to production schedules.

Monitor machine performance, temperature, speed, and pressure to maintain product quality.

Perform quality checks on extruded products (e.g., dimensions, surface finish, thickness).

Ensure proper handling of raw materials, including loading resins, additives, and colorants.

Maintain accurate production records, including shift reports and quality logs.

Clean, maintain, and perform basic preventive maintenance on extrusion equipment.

Follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines at all times.

Communicate any production issues to the supervisor in a timely manner.
