Your Main Responsibilities

· Operate State-of-the-Art Machinery: Get hands-on with leading-edge batching equipment as you start up, operate, and shut down the machine according to best practices.

· Drive Quality: Monitor every batch, perform quality checks, and fine-tune controls to deliver exceptional results every time.

· Keep It Pristine: Show off your attention to detail by keeping equipment in prime condition through regular cleaning and maintenance.

· Fuel Our Projects: Oversee material stocks, ensure inventory is just right, and contribute to a seamless supply chain.

· Lead on Safety: Embrace a culture of safety—conduct pre-shift checks, use PPE, and help foster a safe workplace for everyone.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

· Truck and loader licences are a plus (but not essential—we’ll help you get there!)

· Aggi truck experience (but not essential)

· Hands-on, mechanically minded, and eager to learn.

· Physically fit and ready for an active, engaging role.

· Meticulous about quality; proud of a job done right.

· Quick with numbers and comfortable with mix designs.

· A true team player who believes in collaboration and shared success.

· Valid police check (within 6 months).

· Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screen.
