Position Overview:As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the growth and development of our young learners. You will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting the social and emotional well-being of each child. Your creativity, dedication, and passion for early childhood education will contribute to our center's mission of providing exceptional care and educational experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate programs and activities that align with the center's philosophy and curriculum.

Create and maintain a nurturing and safe environment for children, ensuring their well-being and promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Observe and assess children's progress, documenting , and providing individualized support as needed.

Collaborate with colleagues and families to foster positive relationships and promote open communication.

Plan and organize educational materials, resources, and equipment to enhance learning experiences.

Continuously engage in professional development opportunities to stay informed about best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications and Skills:

A recognized qualification in Early Childhood Education minimum certificate 3

Previous experience working as an Early Childhood Educator, preferably in a childcare or community-based setting.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in programming and planning for young children.

Strong understanding of child development principles and the ability to create stimulating and age-appropriate activities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and colleagues.

An enthusiastic and nurturing approach to teaching, fostering a love for learning in children.

Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
