Within this role, you’ll be working on a variety of sites across ACT and surrounds. This role can be filled with a full-time or part-time arrangement, with a minimum requirement of 24 hours per week, for an initial period of six months, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

What you’ll be doing:

Clean and restore plant rooms post-HVAC service works, including removal of dust, debris, and waste materials

Safely handle and dispose of cleaning waste in accordance with site and environmental regulations

Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring readiness and compliance with safety standards

Engage with HVAC Technicians and site contacts to coordinate access and cleaning schedules

Advise the supervisor immediately of unsafe or potentially environmentally negative impact conditions or activities in the work area

Report accidents, incidents and near misses to the supervisor

Complete cleaning logs and documentation as required for compliance and auditing purposes

What you need:

✔ Work Rights: MUST have permanent rights to work in Australia and ability to obtain a security clearance (essential)

✔ Licences: White Card, Silica and Asbestos Awareness, Work Safely at Heights, Enter and Work in Confined spaces and valid Driver’s Licence

✔ Experience: Experience in cleaning industrial or trade-related environments (essential) and previous experience in HVAC or facilities maintenance environments (desirable)

✔ Skills: Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
