What We’re Looking For

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)

Minimum 1 year experience in a Preschool Room (leadership experience preferred)

Current Police Check and valid WWVP registration

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A passion for early learning and genuine commitment to children’s wellbeing

A positive, collaborative approach to working with families and colleagues

Motivation to mentor and inspire educators within your room
