Bayton is currently seeking a proactive and hands-on Full Time Team Leader (CSE Level 3) to join our team in the Eurobodalla Region.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide structured and supportive on-the-job training for cleaning staff.

Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Bayton’s systems, procedures, and operational expectations.

Act as a relief cleaner when required, maintaining high standards of presentation and service.

Additional Duties:

Work closely with the Bayton Senior Account Manager to:

Ensure quality service standards are met consistently.

Support the care and maintenance of machinery and cleaning equipment.

Liaise effectively with client representatives and site leaders.

Promote and uphold health & safety compliance and industrial relations standards.

Deliver and document effective hands-on staff training.
