Davis Glass is a growing family business in Melbourne looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to win new customers and protect relationships with existing accounts.
If you’re self-motivated, technically curious, and enjoy a mix of on-the-road selling and commercial quoting, we want to hear from you. Our industry rewards people with drive, persistence and a strong work ethic. It’s not a hard-sell environment — consistent visits and outreach build relationships, and the more you do, the better the outcomes.
What you’ll do
Prospect, qualify and close new business.
Manage and grow assigned accounts to increase repeat sales.
Prepare accurate commercial quotes
Keep CRM up to date and provide regular pipeline updates.
What we’re looking for
Experience in B2B sales
Proven track record hitting targets and closing deals.
Excellent communicator and relationship-builder; confident on sites and in client meetings.
Driver’s licence and ability to travel across Melbourne.

Monday–Friday schedule; field-based role
