Our Wembley pharmacy has an exciting opportunity for a friendly, self-motivated and highly organised Dispensary Technician with great communication skills to join our team on a Permanent Full-Time basis with a preferred start date of 13/10/2025. The roster can be structured to a 4 or 5-day working week with some nights may be necessary.

The Dispensary Technician will support the Pharmacists in providing a great patient experience and timely and accurate dispensary operation.

Working closely with the Pharmacists, your duties will include:

Accurately dispense prescriptions,

Maintain awareness of patients in-store at all times,

Actively assist the Pharmacists’ in providing service and product information to patient’s including the provision of relevant and appropriate health information,

Assisting with Dose Administration Aids,

Providing support to other team members,

Ensure all dispensary administration duties are performed, including organising and maintaining the cleanliness of the dispensary area.

Completion of the S2/S3 certificate, or Cert II/III in Community Pharmacy and compounding experience are highly desirable whilst previous pharmacy dispensing experience is preferred.

It is expected that you will be flexible to meet the operational requirements of the pharmacy, including early starts, late finishes, as our pharmacy operates every day from 8am – 8pm.
