Proven leadership in multi-disciplinary environments, with skills in change management and service improvement.

High-level communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with staff and clients.

Experience in staff training, education, and development.

Expertise in case management development, implementation, and evaluation.

Alignment with the Department’s values and a passion for working with young people to achieve positive outcomes.

What we are Offering

A leadership opportunity in a dynamic and impactful environment.

Flexible working arrangements, including start/end times, part-time options, and work-from-home opportunities.

The chance to shape youth justice services and contribute to meaningful reform.

Professional development and training.
