We are seeking to appoint casual Educators (Children’s Services Employee) at St Benedict's Outside of School Hours Care in Mango Hill.
At St Benedict's Outside School Hours Care, we provide quality before school care, after school care, and vacation care for up to 150 children.
Our service operates from a dedicated space and enjoys access to a large sports oval, creating the perfect environment for active, engaging programs.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Educator who is passionate about supporting primary school-aged children to grow, learn, and thrive in a fun and safe environment.

A day in the life of an OSHC Educator…
- Providing nurturing care for children
- Ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment
- Create fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all
- Maintain positive working relationships with all team members
- Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.

Job Requirements:
- Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services (or ACECQA equivalent) would be preferred.
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
- Effective communication skills within the workplace
