MPC Solutions has been engaged to support an exciting civil works package on an FMG site and we are seeking skilled and motivated operators to join our team on a 2:1 FIFO roster.

This project is expected to run for 3–4 swings with the potential for ongoing opportunities for the right people.

About the Role

You’ll be part of a small, hands-on crew working across a variety of civil tasks, including:

Benching sites with fill (sand)

Rolling and compacting sites

Assisting with footings and screeding pads ready for footings to be landed

Possible assistance with installation of solar panel array frames

Assisting with Pit & Pipe installation

Blue metal works and trimming, including access tracks, batters, and site preparation

Machinery Experience

We require confident all-rounders with proven experience operating:

Excavator

Posi Track

Roller

Water Cart

Tipper

What We’re Looking For

All-rounders who are willing to jump in across all aspects of the project

S26 accredited (highly desirable)

FMG accredited - (highly desirable)

Solid civil or construction background

Reliable and safety-focused team players
