About The Role

We're on the lookout for skilled Operators to join our dynamic and safety-focused team on a 2:1 FIFO roster, (ex-Perth) working one week of days and one week of nights. These positions will place you at the core of our operations, allowing you to make a significant impact across our key projects in the Kalgoorlie region. Kalgoorlie local residents are also encouraged to apply.

Equipment Experience Requirements

Production Excavator Operators - Experience with Hitachi Excavators (up to EX1200/EX1900 in size) or Komatsu PC1250

Production All-Round Operators - Experience with Hitachi Excavators (Up to 150t), CAT Graders/Loaders and CAT Dozers (up to D10)

Additional Requirements

5+ years' experience as an Excavator Operator or All-Round Operator in a hard rock mining environment (Gold experience highly regarded)

A flexible, versatile attitude with the ability to thrive independently.

Strong commitment to safety and adherence to industry standards.

Australian Driver Licence

Current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one.

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.

Candidates must hold Australian permanent residency status as minimum work rights requirement.
