Proudly headquartered in Port Hedland, Everything Earth offers a diverse range of services which include earthworks, roadworks, civil construction, concrete construction and bulk haulage services. We are seeking skilled civil operators to join our growing team to execute a number of exciting projects. Residential preferred, FIFO will be offered to the right candidate.

To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience in civil construction and maintenance works completing both bulk and final trim civil works. You will have excellent problem solving skills, be a team-player and will be adaptable to changes in your work environment. Your commitment to quality workmanship, productivity, and adherence to safety procedures will make you a valued team member in our workforce.

The role will include, but will not be limited to:

Operating D6 - D10 dozers

Operating 1 - 50t excavators

Bulk excavation loading side tippers and moxy's

Final trim excavation, GPS experience desired but not essential

Demolition of structures

Operation of various plant (skidsteer, roller, watercart etc)

Role responsibilities

Effective operation of a various excavators

Effective operation of skid-steer, water cart and roller

Ability to read and interpret plans

Adherence to strict to safety procedures and regulations while operating machinery

Timely completion of excavation tasks while maintaining quality standards

Efficient delivery of tasks to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

Required skills and experience

Demonstrated experience operating a variety of plant equipment

Experience within civil, quarry or earthmoving

HR or MC Australian Driver's Licence

Willingness to undertake a Police clearance

Ability to complete a Pre Employment Medical

Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications

Immediate start after successful completion of pre-employment medical and induction process
