Enjoy being the first point of contact and ensuring that the first impression of Callaghans is top notch.
Enjoy interacting with clients and a team of accountants and financial planners
Have a high level written and verbal communication skills
Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Have excellent time management skills
Have proven computer skills with knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Word
Enjoy completing a wide range of administration tasks
Generate and send invoices
Follow up debtors with outstanding accounts
Fill in for receptionist when required
Lodge returns with the ATO
Complete various ASIC and SMSF administration tasks
Highly regarded:
Admin experience in an accounting practice
Experience with Australian Tax Office agent portal
Experience with Access HandiSoft, Xero, Annature.
