Protech have the opportunity for up to 20 Electricians and 3rd + 4th Year Apprentices to join our clients teams project in Ballarat, VIC, starting mid-September.

We are looking for electricians who have spent a minimum 2 years in the field alongside 3rd and 4th year electrical apprentices. This will suit those local to Ballarat or the far western suburbs of Melbourne. Please note, no LAHA will be provided for this role.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Ongoing role working Monday to Friday and Saturdays on requirement
• Day shifts from 6am – 4pm with regular overtime - 10 hour days
• $53.50ph + travel + super + penalties

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Mains pulls
• Hauling cables
• Testing
• Working quickly and efficiently
• Ability to work well in a team
• Ability to lead an apprentice

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in brand new industrial builds are preferred
• Those local to Ballarat will be first preference
• Ability to be on your feet for 10-12 hours a day
• VIC A Grade licence
• White card
• EWP (highly desirable)
• Must hold basic level tools and PPE (but can be provided upon request)
