Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate State Manager to oversee and inspire the operations of multiple stores within our Zamels WA region. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations, driving performance, and fostering a positive and customer-centric culture. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve key business objectives. Our ideal individual will have a proven track record of successfully managing diverse teams and locations to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motive a team of Store Mangers to meet sales objectives, maintain brand integrity and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Foster a positive work environment focussed on high employee morale, customer satisfaction and productivity.

Perform store visits to assess performance, provide actionable feedback, and develop performance strategies tailored to achieve sales goals.

Drive sales growth through effective company merchandising strategies and promotional activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines across all stores.

Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and resource allocation effectively.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in a multi-state leadership role within the retail industry (jewellery experience highly desirable)

Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high performing teams.

Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.

A solid understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising and sales optimizations.

A hands-on approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with teams and departments.

Flexibility to travel between stores as required ( Drivers license essential)
