Primary Objective:
The strategic intent of this position is to coordinate the enrolment and marketing processes, as well as coordinate selected College events. The role also includes database and administration support.
Key Duties:
● Coordinate the enrolment process for all students in line with the College enrolment criteria and application processes.
● Develop and publish and maintain website, prospectus, enrolment form, social media and marketing materials to support the growth in enrolments, communicate key messages, and enhance the positive position of the College in the market.
● Manage identified College events, including but not limited to: school photo day, formal assemblies, graduation, open days and other significant events.
● Liaise and coordinate with suppliers, including but not limited to: college uniform, marketing and promotions, signage, awards, feeder schools and catholic education NT.
● Establish and maintain productive community partnerships and represent the college at events.
● Provide administration and database management support as part of the College Administration Team.
● Support College events outside of regular hours.
● Support the College Administration Team with ad hoc administrative tasks, including compliance reporting, census data preparation, and providing information to the College Senior Leadership Team.
● Act as the backup for the School Reception during absences, ensuring a professional and welcoming first point of contact for all visitors, parents, and students.
● Any other duties as directed by the Principal.
Selection Criteria:
● Maintain a current Northern Territory Working with Children Check (Ochre Card).
● A demonstrated understanding of the ethos of a Catholic school and its mission.
● Qualifications and/or experience in marketing, and highly developed administration and school database skills.
● Level of ICT literacy to undertake the role, including a working knowledge of a range of software to support enrolment, marketing and administration functions.
● The ability to work as part of a team as well as complete tasks independently with highly developed time and project management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
● High level written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate appropriately, effectively and professionally with a range of stakeholders from a diverse range of backgrounds.
● Experience working in a school environment with the ability to work in accordance with college, system and jurisdiction policy, processes and legislation including the ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
