We are seeking a Time and Attendance Subject Matter Expert to join a highly regarded global organisation, with this role based across Western and South West Sydney sites. This is a critical position ensuring the accuracy and compliance of employee timekeeping and payroll processes, while providing support to both staff and management.

As the go to specialist in this area, you will oversee the end-to-end time and attendance function, identify and resolve discrepancies, and provide insights through reporting and analysis. You will also partner closely with Payroll and HR teams to ensure timely and accurate outcomes, while supporting employees with guidance and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage the time and attendance process, including time-off requests and timesheet submissions
• Validate and correct employee timesheets to ensure data accuracy
• Ensure practices comply with company policies and labour laws
• Generate and analyse time and attendance reports for HR, Payroll, and management
• Partner with Payroll to ensure timely processing of timekeeping data
• Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on time and attendance queries
• Manage and optimise the timekeeping system for effective use
