About the Role:

Executing daily bakery production to fulfil the high demand for our products.

Maintaining organisation and cleanliness in all work areas, at all times.

Managing food stock levels, portion control, waste reduction, and receiving deliveries.

Conducting temperature checks, ensuring cleaning protocols are adhered to.

Contributing to and executing daily cleaning schedules.

Applying food safety and workplace health and safety standards.

Upholding high kitchen standards across food hygiene, safety, quality, and preparation.

Shifts are Monday to Friday, between the hours of 6am-6pm.

About You:

Hold a Trade Certificate III in Baking or Commercial Cookery (essential).

Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position (essential).

Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks efficiently.

Possess excellent communication and organisational skills.

Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.

Maintain high standards in food taste and presentation.
