The Role
This dual position is ideal for an Estimator or Procurement Officer looking to broaden their skills. You’ll take ownership of both estimating and procurement, working closely with design, production, and delivery teams to ensure projects run on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate estimates, material take-offs, and Bills of Quantities

Support tenders, bids, and project budgets with clear cost analysis

Lead procurement planning and supplier sourcing

Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve best outcomes

Manage contracts, purchase orders, and procurement schedules

Track project costs, flag risks early, and recommend solutions

About You

Minimum 4 years’ experience as an Estimator, Procurement Specialist, Contracts Administrator, or Quantity Surveyor (modular/prefab highly regarded)

Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build relationships

Organised, detail-focused, and confident working across multiple priorities

Proficient with Microsoft Excel, estimating software, and procurement systems

Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently
