This D&C builder is well trusted within Regional Victoria and the Western corridor of Melbourne that go the extra mile to ensure they create strong long-term relationships with their clients.

Role

The relevant role is a Senior Estimator position based from a Ballarat office and will include responsibilities such as:

• Collect and review drawings to prepare tenders
• Develop quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• Attend and conduct tender meetings
• Liaise with key stakeholders and negotiate with subcontractors
• Monitor project costs and budgets
• Leading a team of two other Estimators

Requirements

• Previous Senior/Estimator experience for a Commercial Headcontractor
• Experience successfully winning tenders in the Commercial/Industrial sector
• Relevant Structural/Engineering tertiary qualification/background
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in and drive a team environment
• Live local to the Ballarat region
