About the Role

We are currently seeking Industrial Cleaners / General Labourers to join our workforce at a high-performing industrial paper manufacturing site in Smithfield, Sydney, NSW.

There are multiple roles & opportunities for those that are wanting to expand their skills and knowledge. For those without any certificates or training this is a great opportunity to show that you're a keen worker, which in turn can result in us helping you gain certificates & licences such as; Earthmoving (skid steer), FL High Risk Licence (forklift), Working in Confined Spaces and Working at Heights.

This is a physically demanding, hands-on role suited to individuals who are safety-conscious, reliable, and comfortable working in industrial environments.

What’s on offer:

Regular day shift Mon - Fri: 7:00am – 3:00pm

Weekend & overtime work available (penalty rates apply)

On-call roster with bonus incentives

Opportunities to operate forklifts and skid steers (if ticketed)

Ongoing casual work with stable hours

Duties & Responsibilities

High-pressure cleaning of plant and equipment

General labour duties: shovelling, sweeping, manual handling

Forklift and/or skid steer operations (if ticketed)

Production assistance

Use of hand tools for basic site cleaning and maintenance

Cleaning and maintaining machinery and tools

Working in confined spaces and at heights (if certified)

Signing on to JSEAs and following all safety protocols

Supporting shutdown operations and cleaning operations

Participating in the on-call roster

About You

Experience in labouring, industrial cleaning, or construction

Forklift and/or skid steer licence (desirable)

Confined space entry and working at heights tickets (advantageous)

Strong understanding of workplace safety

Physically fit and capable of manual work

Able to work independently and in a team

Good communication, literacy, and numeracy skills

Positive, reliable, and safety-first mindset
