Complete Staff Solutions are seeking experienced and reliable General Labourers for a wide range of ongoing roles across the Northern Rivers and South-East QLD.
Positions are available in timber mills, factory work, warehousing, council operations, construction labouring, demolition, and driving roles.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out general labouring duties across a variety of worksites

Operate tools, machinery, or equipment safely and efficiently

Assist with factory and process work, timber mill operations, and warehousing tasks

Provide support in construction, demolition, and council labouring projects

Driving duties (where applicable)

About You

Recent, proven work experience in factory/process work, construction, or warehousing

Current White Card (essential)

Current Driver’s Licence (automatic or manual) with a safe driving record (essential)

Physically fit and reliable with a strong work ethic

Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Desirable

Candidates who hold additional tickets, licences, or checks will be highly regarded, including:

Plant operation tickets (Excavator, Loader, Roller, Forklift, EWP, Skid Steer, etc.)

High Risk Work licences

Working at Heights or Confined Spaces certification

Working With Children Check (for council and community-based roles)

Traffic Control tickets (implement/stop-slow bat)

Any other industry-relevant qualifications or site inductions
