Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a Federal Government Agency to engage 10 x APS6 Senior Assessors. This position is located in multiple offices across SA, ACT, NSW, QLD, TAS, VIC & WA for an initial 12 month contract.

About the Position
The APS6 Senior Assessor is responsible for leading and coordinating assessment activities, mentoring staff, and analysing complex information to ensure aged care providers comply with legislative and quality standards.

Duties

• Lead, coach, and mentor team
• Analyse risks and ensure compliance
• Prepare and manage case documentation
• Allocate and monitor team workloads
• Communicate with stakeholders professionally
