Senior HR Business Partner

5–6 Month Contract | 4 or 5 Days per Week

What You’ll Do

• Provide expert HR advice to executives and managers on performance, change management, job design, employee relations, and workplace investigations.
• Partner with leaders to design solutions for sensitive and complex HR challenges.
• Drive initiatives in organisational development, wellbeing, and workforce planning.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and champion a proactive HR service approach.
• Coach and influence leaders to adopt contemporary and inclusive HR practices.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a senior-level HR Business Partner or HR Advisor (public sector experience highly regarded).
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, policy, and industrial relations frameworks.
• Expertise in managing sensitive ER/IR matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline (desirable).
