Civil Engineering Draftsperson

We are seeking a Civil Engineering Draftsperson to join our team on the structural construction of a water treatment plant in Queensland. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in critical infrastructure development while working in a collaborative and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

Review and interpret complex engineering drawings

Support site supervisors and the Project Manager with daily operations

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders on site

Use AutoCAD and Microsoft Office to prepare documentation and design updates

Assist with quality control, project reporting, and compliance requirements

Skills & Requirements

Solid understanding of civil/structural engineering principles

Strong ability to read and interpret detailed construction drawings

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Minimum of 1 year of relevant industry experience

Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle (site not accessible via public transport)

Eagerness to learn and build expertise in water infrastructure projects

What We Offer
