Sales Representative – Melbourne & Surrounds
We are a well-established industrial rental and service company, and we’re expanding our presence in Melbourne and the surrounding areas. To help us grow, we’re seeking a motivated Sales Representative who’s not afraid to put in the effort, chase opportunities, and build strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
This is more than just an outside sales role. From time to time, you’ll roll up your sleeves, get hands-on with equipment, and even travel interstate or overseas to support the business.
As one of the first hires in our Melbourne team, you’ll play a key part in shaping our growth in this region—perfect for someone who wants to make their mark in a growing company.
What You’ll Do
Be an expert representative of our brand and an advocate for our customers
Grow our customer base while maintaining and strengthening existing relationships
Respond quickly to new enquiries and follow through with professionalism
Resolve customer questions or issues with a focus on service and support
Develop sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience
What We’re Looking For
At least 3 years of proven sales experience (industrial or equipment rental experience highly regarded)
A current and valid driver’s licence
Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends depending on business needs
Someone who thrives in a small team environment and is ready to grow with us
