This role if for my client Emora- they do commercial construction & facilities management, predominantly in security-sensitive projects.

What they do is quite niche, and because of this the work is very secure. You won’t have to worry about work drying up or the company going under. They can give you job security so you don’t have to stress.

As the maintenance carpenter, you will be responding to emergency & planned works all around Sydney. No day will ever be the same! Their clients are great too - no rudeness/pettiness etc.

The role comes with a work vehicle & fuel card. You will need a license, your own tools & will have to pass a police check (because of the security work they do)
