We are looking for a Community Manager to help grow, engage, and energise the players' community across key platforms, including Discord, Telegram, and social media.
This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives on interaction, loves gaming or iGaming culture, and knows how to drive online engagement.
You’ll play a central role in building a vibrant, loyal, and active player base by leading communication channels, launching community-driven initiatives, and enhancing our social media presence.
What You’ll Do
- Run the Strategy: Create, plan and execute regular competitions, giveaways, leaderboards, and seasonal events that drive engagement and retention of our player base.
- Grow and Nurture: Foster a fun, inclusive, and engaging environment for players through conversation, content, and support. Be our brand voice and key contact for the community.
- Social Media: Create and schedule content across platforms (Twitter/X, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) that aligns with our brand voice and player interests.
- Streamers and Content Creators: Collaborate and drive engagement with streamer and content creator audiences.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in community management, social media, or a similar role within Online Casino, iGaming, Crypto, NFT space
- Hands-on, proactive approach – you’re not afraid to take ownership and get things done.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms, including Discord, Telegram, and social media channels.
- Strong understanding of online community engagement strategies, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Passion for gaming or iGaming culture, with a genuine interest in engaging players and building relationships.
- Experience in launching community-driven initiatives, events, or campaigns that increase engagement and retention.
- Ability to analyse community feedback and metrics to continuously improve engagement and content strategies.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas to grow and energize the community from day one.
