Position Overview:

We are looking for an all-rounder digital marketer to join our Hallam office on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will manage various digital platforms, including WordPress, Google Ads, Google Analytics, MailChimp, and social media channels. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and has prior experience with these platforms or similar.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management & SEO:

Update website and eCommerce content on WordPress, including product prices, price lists, and banners; basic Excel skills are required.

Monitor on-site SEO and produce shareable and engaging content appropriate for the industry that educates and supports marketing goals.

Develop initiatives to increase website traffic and generate inquiries.

Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Google Merchant Center.

Create, manage, and execute a monthly content calendar with consistent themes for our social media channels, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn and Video Platforms

Digital Marketing:

Grow the eDM database and send monthly newsletter emails via MailChimp.

Create and manage social media content for Facebook/Instagram and Google Business.

Basic Graphic design and photo editing

Conduct some photography as needed.

Admin Support:

Provide occasional support to the admin team, including paperwork, pricing calculation, and answering phone calls.

Assist in coordinating and setting up new tools or telephones for new employees.

Reporting:

Prepare monthly reports on all marketing activities for the director and marketing manager.
