Alloys International P/L is a privately-owned Melbourne business formed in 1982 to market a comprehensive range of welding consumables and wear parts to manufacturing and heavy industries around Australia. We have approx 40 employees, including production staff, and sales staff in each state around Australia.

About the Job
Reporting to the CEO, this part time position is with a long-established company from our Laverton North headquarters, working within a successful passionate team. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who can work unsupervised, is self-motivated and is striving to take on a new challenge.
About You
Some of the responsibilities but not limited to: -
Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite CC - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat
Minimum 1 year experience managing Google Ads campaigns including setup, optimisation, and performance reportingExperience in analysing market trends.
Experience at SEO, including Competitor Comparison - Search, position, volume, keyword and traffic research.
Maintain company social media – LinkedIn & Facebook, including regular posts to maintain the company public-facing image
Electronic Direct Mail (Mail Chimp & Survey Monkey) - Building Customer Database, Planning, Design & Execution of Campaigns, reporting on results and follow up.
Sales Support – identify new target markets, organize sales activities, develop/update sales material, assist in sales pitch/presentations, etc.
Ability to organize Corporate Branding - Strategy & Planning, Logo & Corporate Identity, Consistent Digital Presence.
Manage Business Marketing requirements - Trade Mark, Insurance, Market trends, Technology and Competitors.
Support in managing trade Shows/Events – Stall/location Procurement & Planning, Design of stall/event & Execution, Merchandise and Marketing, staff allocation & travel requirements.
Manage Content Management System (Website) - Domains, Hosting (c-panel), SSL Certs, WordPress (basic HTML knowledge), Theme setup, Google Analytics & Search Console.
Photography & Video - Taking raw images (DSLR) and producing a desired or intended result, Color Correction, High Res for Professional Print Production. Producing/Editing Videos on Adobe Premiere Pro for YouTube.
Graphic Design (Production) - Branding, Typography, Stationery, Brochures, Banners, Flyers, Catalogues & Price Books, Die-cut Gift boxes/Packaging, Operational & Instructional Manuals, Annual Reports, Stickers, Signage (Building, Pylon, Reception Door frosting & Car wraps).
Admin – Support management on everyday duties
Must Have's
Certificate IV or Diploma in Marketing, or minimum 3 years equivalent work experience.
Experience in manufacturing and/or heavy industry.
Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and written skills.
Open minded and flexible for any task at hand with the ability to take initiative.
Proven experience in creating and managing digital media & website content.
Strong understanding of brand development and campaigns
Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships, internally and externally.
Understanding of event preparation, planning and execution
Ability to manage budgets, challenge yourself and meet deadlines.
Australian citizenship or valid work visa with unrestricted work rights
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
