At Autism 360, we’re on a mission to make family-centred autism support accessible, empowering, and downright life-changing. We help parents of autistic children become the heroes of their child’s progress—through a mix of tech, expert guidance, and heart.
We’re not your average therapy clinic. We’re digital-first, evidence-based, and always putting families first. Our practitioners work flexibly from anywhere, supported by an energetic team of clinicians, coaches, and developers building Australia’s most loved autism support platform.
About the Role

You'll be working with parents/primary carers of children (2 to 15 yo) and adults (15 yo or more) to support a wide range of client needs —all from a neurodiversity-affirming lens.
In this role, you’ll deliver 1:1 support to families via our digital platform, contribute to resource creation, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of OTs, BSPs, educators, and Psychologists. If you love blending science with soul—and want your work to have impact —this is for you.
What You’ll Do

Focus on areas like speech, Autism communication skills, AAC, etc

Flexible hours (perfect for work-life blend)
Be part of a bold, innovative, and impact-driven team with an average experience of 18 years
Ongoing PD support, clinical supervision, and peer mentoring
Access to our growing digital resource library and in-house tech tools
