About The Ranges Early Learning & Care Centres
The Ranges Early Learning & Care Centres have been caring for the community for the past 40 years. We have 2 Centres- our Infant Toddler Centre & our ELC based in the beautiful Adelaide Hills town of Stirling, a short 20 minute drive from the city.

Our team work together with our families and community to provide an early learning education that promotes a child's interests, learning capabilities and styles enabling children to grow in confidence and individuality as they learn. We strive to provide that “home away from home” experience and environment.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. As an Early Childhood Teacher you will be working under a passionate and supportive Director who will support you to succeed in your career.

As an Early Chidhood Teacher you will actively promote The Ranges brand and vision to the community. You will play an important role in delivering high-quality education and care through assisting to manage the day to day operations of the centre, forging healthy relationships with parents and children. You will also guide, lead and mentor our educators, guiding their development and improving day to day practices.

About You

*You will hold a Degree in Early Childhood Education.

* Have 1+ years’ experience in an ECT role (desirable).

* Ideally be available to work fulltime (desirable).

* Enjoy the challenge of responsibility to lead the learning and development for children in the early years

* Enjoy the challenge of leading and mentoring our Educator team

* Be passionate about working in early childhood education and value the education for this age group

* Ideally have knowledge of Reggio Emilia principles and practices or have an interest in gaining this knowledge

Skills and experience

The right candidates for this role will have their:

* Degree in Early Childhood Education

* Hold registration with the Teachers Registration Board of SA

* Current First Aid and CPR Certificate

* Current Responding to Abuse & Neglect Education & Care Training

* Current Working with Children's Check

*Current Food Safety Certificate

* Exceptional organizational skills

* Exceptional written and communication skills

* Exceptional leadership capabilities

* Good knowledge of the Early Years Learning and National Quality Framework
