Accountabilities include:
- Program Risk, Financial and Issue Reporting:
o Ensure timely and effective reporting of risks, and issues, project and program status reporting and change variation management across the program of works.
o Assist with governance, performance and reporting initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational policies and legislative requirements. The role focuses on driving best practices in collaboration with stakeholders.
o Update varied reports, including milestone maps, board reports and reports to the federal government,
o Provide risk and issue management support to a diverse and broad range of team members to update entries, and assist in the identification, assessment, escalation and treatment of risks and issues.
o Support the Principal Advisor (Governance) to ensure governance requirements are met and that risk and issue management capability and awareness is increased across the program team.
o Support the Principal Advisor (Governance) to roll out a program of lessons learnt and assurance reviews to support the delivery of the M1 program.
o Assist with the execution of regular risk workshops involving a wide range of stakeholders by co-ordinating setup, producing pre-reading materials, capturing workshop outcomes and following up actions.
- Program Status Reporting:
o Contribute to the preparation of accurate and timely program status reports; gathering status updates from program leads and Project Managers, preparing high quality drafts for final review within tight timeframes before distribution to the leadership team as input to monitoring the performance of the Program.
o Complete month-end project reporting, including project status report, dashboard and financial reports.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
o Build strong relationships and establish networks with busy internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of risk and issues resolution activities, delivery of reports and effective change request management. - Financial reporting and scheduling:
o Undertake project schedule update, and present schedule data according to needs.
o Assist in project cashflow, forecast and budget development.
