THE OPPORTUNITY

Rosedale Panels is an established panel beating shop with a consistent supply of work, and we are currently looking for an experienced Spray Painter to join our team on a full-time basis.

We pride ourselves on delivering top-tier results using modern, updated equipment in a clean, professional environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

The daily duties of this role include being part of a successful team that promotes and delivers quality repair outcomes.

Prepare vehicles for paint by sanding, masking, and cleaning surfaces

Mix and apply paint to vehicle surfaces using spray painting equipment

Ensuring a consistent and high-quality finish

Carry out minor touch-ups

Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained

Collaborate with the wider team to ensure efficient workflow and high customer satisfaction

Relevant trade qualifications with 2 years of industry experience.

High attention to detail with a reliable and consistent work ethic.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills.

Handle all vehicles with due care and attention.

Adhere to our OH&S policies.

This full-time role is Monday-Friday and is available for an immediate start. Wages are negotiable based on experience, for the right candidate.
