About the role

Bundoora Motor Panels is seeking an experienced Spray Painter to join our team in Bundoora, VIC. This is a full-time role and presents an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to a thriving automotive repair business.

What you'll be doing

Preparing vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and cleaning surfaces

Mixing and applying paint to vehicle surfaces using spray painting equipment

Achieving a high-quality finish

Conducting minor touch-ups

Maintaining a clean and organised work area, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained

Collaborating with the wider team to ensure efficient workflow and high customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spray Painter in the automotive industry

Strong technical skills in the use of spray painting equipment and techniques

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

A positive attitude and a team-oriented approach

Must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen
