My client is looking for an experienced Principal Engineer / Senior Software Engineer to join a technology-focused business based in Crows Nest. This is a hands-on role, working closely with a small, collaborative engineering team to design, build, and scale enterprise-grade software solutions.

What you’ll be working on

• Leading the design and development of high-quality applications.
• Driving technical decisions, best practices, and coding standards across the team.
• Collaborating with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Mentoring and supporting other developers.
• Contributing to architecture discussions and technical strategy.

Key skills & experience

• Strong commercial experience with .NET / C# and React.
• Expertise in cloud platforms, ideally Azure (App Services, Functions, AKS, Blob Storage, etc.).
• Proven background in delivering enterprise-level solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor and influence technical teams.
