You'll oversee day-to-day operations, manage crews and contractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, on budget, and to specification. What you bring to the role

Supervisory experience in construction operations

Minimum 3-5 years of construction supervisory experience is required

Strong planning, scheduling, and cost-control ability

Knowledge of Work Health & Safety and environmental regulations.

Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to think strategically.

What you must have to apply

Construction supervisory experience (3+ years), Educational qualifications equivalent to Certificate IV in Construction.

A formal Certificate IV in Construction qualification is mandatory

Knowledge of Building Codes

Experience in using software programs for Job costing and control

Be prepared to learn new systems and process's and introduce to your team.
