Lending Associate/Broker Assistant Role

Location: Parramatta/Sydney • Full-time • Hybrid working available

About Us

We’re a growing mortgage broking business helping clients achieve their property and finance goals. Guided directly by our Director, who has over 10 years of banking and finance experience, you’ll gain hands-on training and exposure across a wide range of lending.

The Role

This is an entry-level position where you’ll learn the end-to-end process and grow into a long-term career in finance. You’ll work closely with the broker, assisting with all aspects of lending — from loan applications to settlements.

Day-to-day tasks include:

Collecting and organising client documents (payslips, financials, bank statements)

Assisting with loan application preparation in ApplyOnline/Infynity

Helping with settlements and discharges

Data entry, compliance checks, and maintaining client files

Following up on applications and providing client updates

General administrative support for the broker

About You

Strong interest in finance/accounting (degree preferred but not essential)

High attention to detail — you notice when numbers don’t add up

Logical thinker with a common-sense approach

Confident communicator (written and verbal)

Eager to learn and grow with the business
